2022 Yamaha MotoGP Motorcycle Lineup
The Yamaha motorcycles will sport paint schemes and decals inspired by MotoGP. Yamaha logo appears on the fuel tank, side panels, and tank shrouds of the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition motorcycle models, including the YZF-R15M and MT-15 V2.0. While the entire body of the AEROX 155 and RayZR Monster Energy MotoGP Edition are branded with the Yamaha logo, the AEROX 155 and RayZR are not. The MotoGP editions offer simply a flashy exterior, while the chassis and characteristics are identical to those of a standard model.
Yamaha MotoGP Vehicle Specifications for 2022
The Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid MotoGP edition is equipped with a 125 cc engine that generates 8 horsepower and 10.3 Newton-meters of maximum torque. In addition, an Automatic Stop & Start System prevents the engine from idling and allows it to be started with a single throttle twist. The Aerox 155 MotoGP variant is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, single-cylinder engine with variable valve actuation (VVA). This engine generates a maximum torque of 14 Newton-meters and 14.8 horsepower.
The same 155cc engine that powers the Aerox 155 also powers the Yamaha MotoGP edition R15 and MT15, although with increased power and torque.
