The new Volvo 9600 luxury buses are offered in 15m 6×2 and 13.5m 4×4 configurations. They will be available from the factory in both seating and sleeping versions. The Volvo 9400 B8R 13.5m coach has a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) rating of 18 tonnes. It is powered by Volvo’s proven D8K six-cylinder diesel engine with direct injection and 300 horsepower. The Electronically Controlled Suspension (ECS) System enhances ride quality, while the Electronic Braking System enhances safety (EBS).
