Facebook and Instagram’s parent corporation, alleging the social media company’s executives accepted bribes to block web traffic to a competing ad%lt video website. The performers have produced additional evidence to support their claims in a federal court in California, including what they believe to be an executive-to-executive referral.
The entertainers filed a class-action lawsuit in February, saying that Meta and OnlyF’s parent company, Fenix International, conspired to assist OnlyF dominate the online ad%lt entertainment market.
U.S. District Judge William Alsup concluded last month that plaintiffs Dawn Dangard, Kelly Gilbert, and Jennifer Orbo, who filed a class action on behalf of “at least” 100 individuals, lacked adequate information. One of the new exhibits included in the amended complaint is said to be wire transfer records provided by an anonymous whistleblower who advised entertainers to “follow the money.”
