The residences of the four University of Idaho students who were murdered are still being searched by detectives looking for the assailant. Four college students were slain on Sunday afternoon. Ethan Chapin, a 20-year-old victim, Kaylee Calves, a 21-year-old victim, Xana Kernodle, a 20-year-old victim, and Madison Mogen, a 21-year-old victim, are the other victims. A memorial service for the murdered students began on Monday afternoon. Brother of Ethan Chapin and fellow Idaho student Hunter Chapin shared a photo on social media with the remark, “My brother and my best buddy.” The resident of Conway, Washington, called Chapin, according to the police, claimed on social media that he belonged to the fraternity Sigma Chi.

The Goncalves’s Instagram feed published a number of images on Sunday that appeared to group the four victims together. One photo with the caption “One lucky gal to be surrounded by these ppl every day ” showed them all grinning.

Goncalves, from Rathdrum, Idaho, Mogen, from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and Kernodle, from Avondale, Arizona, are proven to be the social media representatives for the three fraternities Pi Beta Phi, Mogen, and Kernodle. According to the police, both Goncalves and Mogen were Pi Beta Phi members in Rathdrum. Kernodle, however, did not belong to any fraternity.

Police in Moscow, Idaho haven’t made an arrest or made a suspect public in this case. Because of this, there are currently few details available concerning the case. Instead, they wrote in an email to The Daily Beast that the information is still scarce.

Police received a call regarding someone who was unresponsive on Sunday afternoon. Police discovered the dead bodies of Chapin, Mogen, Kernodle, and Goncalves at the six-bedroom Moscow, Idaho, home when they arrived. This location is roughly a mile south of the university.

On Sunday night, the university was briefly placed in lockdown before being given the all-clear. They disclosed that 4 pupils had been murdered and that Monday’s lessons would be canceled.

Over 12,000 students at a university were shaken by deaths and disappearances because the murderer was not apprehended. Even though the authorities said there was no ongoing danger, the school was set to continue on Tuesday.

On Sunday night, a former high school football player opened fire in a mass shooting on the University of Virginia’s main campus. The university then ordered all of its students and employees to shelter in place. The pupils died, as a result, the next day.
