House of the Dragon Season 1, Episode 10, which was released on Reddit, included the character Daemon. This past weekend, HBO published fresh images from “House of the Dragon’s” season 1 finale, which airs on September 8. After learning of the deaths of their father Otto and his wife Allicent, Rhaenyra—also known as King Visery’s successor and ruler of the Seven Kingdoms—and Daemon entered the battle, mistook the dying people’s rumors for truth, and installed his own son Aegon as king as a result.
Ser Eric, Daemon, and Rhaenys are also shown in the pictures in the gallery above, with the latter making a sad appearance at Aegon’s Ascension in Episode 9. (read the full summary). Remember, we’re supposed to witness a different side of Prince Daemon in this week’s episodes.
House of the Dragon Season 1, Episode 10
According to the book, Jakaris believed that speaking with the lord directly would be preferable to dispatching the crows to other residences. Rhaenyra nodded in agreement and instructed Jakaris to visit House Arryn first, then House Mandalay, and ultimately travel to the far north to meet the Lord of House Stark in Winterfell. She might have been aware that Winterfell would be important in the planning.
Whereas Rhaenyra had anticipated that Boros would readily and without resistance swear allegiance to Baratheon, Lucerys was dispatched to Storm’s End. Rhaenyra was uninformed of Otto Hightower’s objectives when she sent her son to the Stormlands, even though she thought it was safe to do so. Almond had been instructed by Otto to travel to Storm’s End and attempt to woo one of Lord Baratheon’s four daughters.
It’s possible for Aemond and Lucerys to coexist in Storm’s End. Despite the fact that the young Lucerys had little chance of defeating him, Aemond yearned for retribution. In Dragon House Episode 10, it will be intriguing to see if the producers decide to pit the two princes against one another.
On the same bridge at Dragonstone where Rhaenia used to come to get the dragon eggs in Daemon’s hands, we see Otto and his men standing in front of Daemon and his warriors.
Otto and Sir Christon Cole were among those present at this time, among others. The fact that this image resembles anything from “House of the Dragon” episode 2 suggests that history is repeating itself and that Otto Hightower has been given another opportunity to challenge Daemon Targaryen’s rule.
